Echelon Design tradeshow exhibit Frequently Asked Questions
Here is a list of frequently asked questions regarding Echelon Design trade show exhibits:
Sometimes, the more things change, the more they stay the same. After 21 years in business, we decided it was time to refresh our logo and update our image. We did this to better fit the standard of who we have always been in the industry and keeping in tune with industry changes. Rest assured that our strong customer service and commitment to design remain the same.
As you might suspect, the answer to this depends on the size of the project we would be working on, and the scope of the work involved. For custom fabrication, the initial design process can take from two to four weeks. In general, the more information we start with—including firm budget and program requirements—the faster and smoother the design will be executed. These factors reduce the turn-around time and decision making process for everyone.
If you are considering a new custom exhibit, we recommend you begin work on your next show four to nine months in advance. If you exhibit primarily once per year, sometimes the best time to begin your thoughts and ideas is at the close of the show, in which case we are always happy to begin the process a full year in advance.
We know that establishing and maintaining an accurate budget is critical to the exhibiting process. Our account executives are happy to work with you early in the process, sometimes before your next exhibit space is secured. We can help establish realistic program requirements and prioritize your wish list to reach the desired goal. Our experience in exhibiting can work to your advantage. Such service is offered as a consultation to our clients. There is no charge for asking us to help early on with an upcoming show.
Our goal at Echelon is intended to enhance, not replace any of your current market campaigns. We have decades of experience at turning your concept into a dimensional experience and frequently work in tandem with marketing agencies or your own in-house graphic personnel. We feel such partnerships are critical to maintaining an effective corporate presence both on and off the show floor.
Please call us at 847-531-4075 to let us know where you are in the planning stages. Also referenced on this web site is our design survey which will help communicate your design needs and preferences. We are a professional, full-service design agency, and always welcome your questions and insights.
This answer, of course, depends on when and where your next show will occur. If you do not anticipate using your exhibit in the near future, we frequently warehouse your exhibit at one of our facilities closest to where you will next use it. Such logistics are at your discretion and our account team will make sure that your exhibit ends up at its intended destination at the close of your show.
Echelon provides a full level of flexible services at your request, including dealing with third-party contractors to handle and install your exhibit. We can coordinate and handle your services up-front as a complete turn-key project or work with your own event staff to facilitate the paperwork. Typically for larger, more tasking installations, we personally supervise the process and are present on-site for you through opening day to let you focus on your staff and more pressing matters for your show.
Have you ever bought a hot dog at a sporting event or at the airport? Chances are you probably paid more for what is frequently not the healthiest solution for your needs. At Echelon, we focus on you to deliver the best solution to move your company forward and to further differentiate you from your competitors.
Though there's a right and necessary market for everything, we have a vested interest in the success of your exhibit at the show, which is why our clients continue to partner with us time and time again.
Echelon wins its clients with innovative designs and keeps them long-term by instilling trust and confidence based on its commitment to quality and service.
Exhibit companies differ and there's bound to be a right fit for everyone. We pride ourselves on our service and understanding your needs. Our clients are more than a number to us.
We design for the task at hand and offer honest, reliable service. We provide the most appropriate solution to your needs, not necessarily the most expensive. We understand that an exhibit is only as successful as the impact you make and the smile we leave you with.
Your billing will depend on the types of services we perform, some of which may be dependent on third party billings not available until after your show is closed. Whether it's a quotation for custom fabrication or an overview of projected costs for an upcoming show, we provide a written outline of what to expect, and work out an invoicing schedule with you accordingly.
