600 sq ft custom rental exhibit
Earlier this year Cetis, Inc., a leader in hospitality and enterprise telecommunications products, approached Echelon with the creative challenge of designing a custom rental exhibit and that would work in a small island (20’ x 30’) and several inline (10’ x 20’) configurations. We asked our client to consider the question, “what is the feeling you want when visitors approach your booth?”
Their response. A branded environment that is warm and inviting, a place that you would want to sit down and hang out in. Our design team went to work on an exhibit that would ultimately combine a mixture of lightweight, fabric signs for identification, dark wood grain materials and the right balance of metallic finishes to convey Cetis as a technology-driven company that values relationships with its clients. A few additional points to consider about this design:
- Lightweight fabric signs like the ones in this exhibit provide large scale impact for brand ID and defining the perimeter of the space. What you might know is that by designing the internal frame work we eliminated the need for rigging, saving our client $2K to $3K on show site services.
- Our custom lease program enabled us to produce an original exhibit design for a client that needed to budget its spend over a two-year period. These packages can be limited to exhibit related costs only or might include turnkey pricing for all show services.
- Lighting was a key element designed into this exhibit to subtly enhance the drama created by the large scale graphics, as well as to compliment Cetis’ product display module.
