Entropic Communications
900 sq ft custom exhibit for The Cable Show in 2010
Echelon created the following exhibit structure with an intent focus on a design that conveys the message of Entropic Communications as a leader in fabless semiconductor design for home networking enabled solutions. The exhibit creates an open environment with components that provide modern, high-tech look and are designed to be lightweight and easy-to-install. The overall design was created around a much larger, 40’ x 50’ island exhibit that will be unveiled at the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) next January in Las Vegas. It’s modularity allows us to reconfigure much of the overhead framework for use in multiple configurations, such as Entropic’s 30’ x 30’ space at The Cable Show earlier this year.

  • Echelon produced the three 8’ wide x 16’ high sheer fabric signs through a dye-sublimation print process that created the illusion of a double-sided graphic while maintaining enough transparency to keep the booth feeling open and accessible. Sewn on silicon edging allowed for quick installation and dismantling.
  • The workstations were designed to promote shared connection of the client’s demonstrations. The wiring closet provided a central location for managing coaxial and Cat 5 cabling.
  • All of our materials were constructed for compliance with international standards in mind as this property will be used in a 6m x 6m corner inline exhibit at IBC in Amsterdam in September.
